Intimate, heartbreaking, and yet ultimately hopeful existential journeys towards the Nirvana.
Never an outline of adolescent restlessness, of anxiety in finding oneself, of individual pride in the face of History and Nature has been as magnificently described as in these two short movies, if we except Herman Hesse’s classic novel Siddharta.

During design Miami / basel 2010, Dutch artist tomáš gabzdil designed a glass and aluminium cabinet, containing a figure of martyred Christ, covered by a wax honeycomb structure. (…) other references are also possible – in fact – I always try to be precise and at the same to create an opening in my work.” – Thomas Hirschhorn, Swiss artist
