RGB, by Carnovsky

by fosco lucarelli

go public, illustrations

The people behind RGB (Milan-based collective Carnovsky, Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla) maybe didn’t invent anything new, but the effect of their wallpapers is quite amusing for the kids.

The wall coverings consist of images drawn in different colors (cyan, magenta and yellow) which are overlapped and disorienting until they get filtered by a Red, Green or Blue stimulus.

The filter reveals just one of the color patterns, hiding the other two.

Pretty much for the day.
(Said this, I wonder why the images are in CMY if then they are filtered in RGB?)

Don’t get angry, Stefan!
