    Great idea. Well edited and well-executed. gives one pause for thought about the general backdrop of violence in London.

    Thank you for sharing this with us. We know the aggrivations are not new, but always think that this is the worst it has been, but I think there has been moe violent demonstrations in the past as we have seen here. Good archive photos.

    Sadly before the invention of photography, but there are some fine engravings relating to the Gordon Riots, the Priestly (Church and King) Riots, Luddite Riots, Wilkite Riots, and many others. Some of these were very bloody indeed.
