How electricity is made and transmitted

August 4, 2011 by Fosco Lucarelli 2 Comments

“The front cover of the fabulous FREE Central Electricity Generating Board publication ‘How electricity is made and transmitted’. Despite being published in the early 1980’s – and being reprinted several times – it very much has the feel of a 60s/70s industrial brochure, with lots of bold ‘British engineering is best’ style photographs and brown-lined cutaways of power stations.”
