Françoise Fromonot is an architect, teacher and critic. She is professor at the ENSA Paris-Belleville, Caudill Professor of Architecture at Rice University Houston and holds a seminar for the Master’s in Urban Planning at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. Fromonot was an editor of l’Architecture d’Aujourd’hui (1994–1998), co-editor in chief of the journal le visiteur (1999–2003) and, in 2007, a founding member of criticat. Her publications include Glenn Murcutt (1995/herziene en uitgebreide edititie in 2002), Jørn Utzon et l’opéra de Sydney (1998) en La campagne des Halles-Les nouveaux malheurs de Paris (2005).
